3.1. Season the Pork Chops:

  • Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
  • Season both sides with salt and pepper to taste.

3.2. Sear the Pork Chops:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.

3.3. Cook the Cabbage:

  • In the same skillet, add sliced onion and minced garlic.
  • Cook until softened and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the thinly sliced cabbage to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
