3.1 Seafood Preparation
- Rinse seafood thoroughly under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Chop shrimp, scallops, and lobster (if using) into bite-sized pieces.
- Flake crab meat.
3.2 Sauce Preparation
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Gradually whisk in flour to form a roux.
- Slowly pour in milk while continuously whisking until smooth and thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Assembling the Lasagna

4.1 Layering
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spoon a layer of seafood mixture over the noodles.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of sauce on top.
